Trinity United Methodist Church of West Palm Beach, FL is committed to our elder population of seniors and any senior in the community who seeks fellowship, friendship, food on Tuesday evening from 4 pm to 7 pm. Come and join us for food, games and educational moments in a relaxed setting.
Every Tuesday and Friday mornings during the school year from 6 am-8 am school age children are encouraged to stop by the church and enjoy a FREE hot well balanced and nutritious breakfast ( grits, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, hash browns, light fruit, orange juice, milk ) before heading off to school as part of the church Meals Around the Clock breakfast feeding ministry program.
With the startup of each school year, Trinity United Methodist Church focus on the food and nutrition needs of our community's most vulnerable citizens - low income school age children and our elder population of seniors,of which many are on on fixed incomes.
Trinity United Methodist Church of West Palm Beach, FL is committed to serving the community by touching the seniors in the community and the school children of the community.
Tuesday and Friday mornings during the school year from 6 am-8 am school age children are encouraged to stop by the church and enjoy a FREE hot well balanced and nutritious breakfast (grits, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, hash browns, light fruit, orange juice,and milk) before heading off to school. This is part of the church's Meals Around the Clock (established Nov. 2016) breakfast feeding ministry program.
Older adults age 60 and over are invited to stop by the church to enjoy a nutritious hot dinner meal FREE of charge every Tuesday evening at 5p during the school year as part of the church Golden Years Dinner (established Nov. 2011) feeding Ministry.
There is no application or pre registration required for these programs. Trinity United Methodist Church – West Palm Beach is committed to leaving no one in our community hungry neither physically nor spiritually and through our Meals Around the Clock and Golden Years Dinner feeding Ministries we hope that children are able to go to school well fed and therefore prepared to focus on their studies and to apply themselves academically. Further, we are committed to supplementing the nutritional needs of Seniors who might lack the resources to be able to buy enough food or who are unable to afford nutritious well balanced meals.
We welcome our school children and older adults and hope that the community will take advantage of these valuable and much needed resources. We combine food, fun and fellowship in our feeding programs and offer a variety of exciting enrichment activities for children and seniors.
